Former Radford Adventure Club director pleads guilty

RADFORD (WSLS 10) - The former director of the Radford Adventure Club pleaded guilty a count of obstruction of justice on Thursday.

Kimberly Albert was charged with two counts of obstruction that stemmed from an abuse and neglect investigation at the child care center.

She pleaded guilty to one charge, and the other one was dropped.

Albert was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with all of that time suspended. She was also given about $600 in fines and costs.

A Radford Adventure Club teacher, Charlotte Hall, was charged with assault and battery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
