Nevaeh Richardson was last seen at 731 Nashville Road in Rocky Mount.

Her mother says she and the toddler were at a friend's house on Nashville Road when a man stole the mother's SUV with Nevaeh inside the vehicle.

Investigators are searching for a green 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor with North Carolina license tag number: PCD-9688.

There is a dent on the right rear door, according to the mother.
