DANVILLE (WSLS 10) - On Tuesday, a grand jury issued indictments against a 29-year-old man in connection to a 2013 shooting death.
Pierre Antoine Dixon is charged with capital murder, robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Police responded to the 1000 block of Piney Forest Road at 2:52 a.m. on November 9, 2013 for a call of shot fired. When they arrived, they found Antwan Rucker, 35, of Lynchburg, dead.
Dixon is currently being held in Danville City Jail with no bond.
