PITTSYLVANIA COUNTY (WSLS 10) - A man who pleaded no contest to shooting at a Pittsylvania County deputy learns his fate.
Brian Cundiff was sentenced to 63 years this morning for several charges including attempted capital murder.
In April, deputies responded to the home of Cundiff's father after he called 911, saying Cundiff shot his cell phone.
The deputies say when they arrived, Cundiff shot at them.
A bullet grazed one of them on the head.
