31-year-old Jazzman Edmonds is charged with his third offense of distributing cocaine.
The Radford City Commonwealth's attorney says Edmonds faces a minimum 10-year sentence.
46-year-old Darfet Weitherspoon is also expected to enter a guilty plea in an unrelated heroin drug case today.
