AMHERST COUNTY (WSLS 10) - The Amherst County Sheriff's Office says a third suspect in the murder of Troy Roberson has been captured.
On October 25, 2016, 41-year-old Troy Roberson was found dead between 2:30 a.m. and 3 a.m. in a parking lot on Maple Drive in Madison Heights. Deputies say that he was shot.
19-year-old Rodney Andrew Hamlette was arrested without incident early Thursday morning by the United States Marshal Service in Baltimore, Maryland.
Deputies say Hamlette will be held awaiting extradition to Virginia.
