LYNCHBURG, Va. – Crews at Liberty University have been planning for President Donald Trump's visit for months and expect things to run smoothly at Saturday's commencement.
There will be 15,000 parking spots available and 55 buses shuttling people to the stadium.
They've expanded the stadium seating to a capacity of 38,000 with temporary bleachers and standing room will be available.
Gates open at 6 a.m. with the ceremony starting at 10 a.m.
"As in any big event that you come to, it's going to take a little bit longer to get parked, to get to the event and to get through security so come early," said the university's Senior Vice President of Auxiliary Services Lee Beaumont.
Sixty officers will be at the university to help direct traffic.
