BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. – Law enforcement arrested and charged a man in Bedford County on Wednesday with having child pornography.
Theodore Ohara Rainey Jr. was arrested and transported to the Blue Ridge Regional Jail in Bedford County.

Officers from the Lynchburg Police Department and the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant for possession and distribution of child pornography at 1648 Old Farm Road in Bedford County.
The search warrant was part of a joint investigation initiated by task force officers from the Lynchburg Police Department assigned to the Southern Virginia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
Approximately 30 items of evidence were seized as a part of the warrant.
He is charged with five felony counts of possession of child pornography.
This case is ongoing, and additional charges may be obtained.
