Dublin man arrested after police chase in Pulaski

Suspect held at NRV Jail without bond

PULASKI – A Dublin man was arrested after a police chase in Pulaski. 

The Pulaski Police Department said late Sunday night, officers responded to Martin’s Pharmacy in reference to a possible burglary and property damage.

Once officers arrived, they saw the suspect vehicle near the pharmacy and tried to stop it. 

Officers learned the vehicle was stolen.  

Police say, after a vehicle pursuit, ending at 1060 E. Main St, the suspect was apprehended.  

Police arrested Rodney Allen Taylor, 35, and charged him with felony eluding, grand larceny, felony destruction of property, breaking and entering, reckless driving, driving suspended, and obstruction of justice. 

Police say Taylor is being held in the New River Valley Regional Jail without bond.
