LYNCHBURG, Va. – Thanks to tips through Crime Stoppers, police have identified a woman in connection with a credit card fraud case.
Charlotte Morgan Schuppe, 25, was arrested Thursday and charged with breaking into and stealing credit cards from a car on May 26.

Schuppe was also arrested on multiple outstanding warrants from Roanoke, Campbell County, and Lynchburg.
She is being help without bond in Lynchburg. The investigation is continuing.
