The newest members of Taiwan’s police force look pretty intimidating.
Well, when they’re awake, that is.

They’ll be trained to join Taiwan's National Police Agency, and will serve on its Taipei-based K-9 Anti-Bomb and Drug unit, according to Mashable.
The puppies’ mother is one of the adult dogs in the K-9 unit.

“In the future, (we hope the puppies) will be able to pass through training,” police said in a Facebook update that has been shared more than 1,360 times since it was posted last week.

Police said these are the first puppies the unit has recruited, adding that the officers were very nervous but happy when the dogs arrived, Buzzfeed News reported.
The puppies will be trained to become detection dogs, according to Buzzfeed.
