Mill Mountin Zoo gets ready to celebrate its 65th anniversary starting July 4

ROANOKE, Va. – Mill Mountain Zoo welcomes the public to celebrate its 65th anniversary this year starting Tuesday, July.

Engine 8 From Roanoke City Fire and EMS will be there 11 a.m.-1 p.m.

There will be crafts and keeper chats.

All firefighters, members of the military, police and first responders will get in free with an ID card.
