ROANOKE – The 4 on the 4th race raised close to $20,000 dollars for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southwest Virginia.

The event brought out 350 runners for the four mile race through downtown Roanoke on July 4th and 100 kids for the one mile fun run.

The annual run helps support the after school program that's only $15 to join a year and gives children access to healthy activities, help with homework and more.
