State police have issued a senior alert on behalf of the Staunton Police Department.
Charles Carroll Alsop, 73, is missing. He has a cognitive impairment and his disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety, according to state police. He also has vision problems.
Alsop is 6', 158 lbs. with blue eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing khaki shorts, a gray quarter-zip pullover and loafers.
