VINTON, Va. – The Super Dollar store in Vinton has signs on its storefront stating that it will close next week.
Signs suggest the store’s final day will be Aug. 5.

There will be a 20-percent-off sale now through this coming Saturday. The sale does not include certain items, such as tobacco products and lottery tickets.
The store is on By Pass Road. The store manager declined to comment to WSLS 10 Sunday. It's unclear why the store is closing.
The store’s website says there are ten other Super Dollar locations, all of which are in Virginia, Kentucky or Tennessee.
