Lynchburg police: Safe, cash stolen from Sherwin-Williams

LYNCHBURG, Va. – Lynchburg police are investigating a break in at a Sherwin-Williams store. 

Employees arrived to work Monday morning and discovered that the glass side door to the business had been broken. It happened sometime between Sunday at 6:30 p.m. and Monday at 6:30 a.m. 

When officers responded, they saw a dolly outside of the business in the lot. Employees told them that a safe was missing along with an undisclosed amount of cash.
