Charges of sexually abusing minors certified against Roanoke pastor

Alleged offenses happened between 2008 and 2010.


ROANOKE, Va. – A Roanoke pastor faces charges of sexually assaulting two minors in the past decade.

Police arrested Antonio Jones, the pastor of the Kingdom Harvest Church International on Ferncliff Avenue, in March and charged him with aggravated sexual battery, and committing indecent liberties.

On Friday morning, the two accusers testified in a Roanoke Court. The alleged offenses happened between 2008 and 2010.

After the testimony, Judge Frank Rogers found probable cause to certify all the charges to the grand jury.

Jones is currently out of jail on bond.
