ROANOKE, Va. – It’s the big day many around the community have been waiting for, as the new Starr Hill Brewery celebrated its official ribbon-cutting on Friday.
The new brewery is located at The Bridges, between Starbucks and Moe’s Southwest Grill near Jefferson Street.
“We are really excited to have the community come out and check out the different beers that we have available. We have some flavors that people probably haven't had a chance to try here just yet,” Allie Hochman, manager at Starr Hill Brewery, said.
The brewery opens to the public on Saturday at noon, and there will be festivities including live music and raffle ticket drawings.
