Hearing scheduled for David Eisenhauer, charged in death of Nicole Lovell

BLACKSBURG, Va. – The man charged with first-degree murder of a 13-year-old in Blacksburg will have a pre-trial motions hearing next month.

David Eisenhauer, 20, is charged with murdering Nicole Lovell last year.

Montgomery County Commonwealth’s Attorney Mary Pettitt announced the hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 11 at 9 a.m. 

As of Friday, no motions have been filed, but should some be filed they will be addressed at the hearing.

A jury trial for Eisenhauer is scheduled for Nov. 2-17. He remains incarcerated in jail with no bond.
