DANVILLE, Va. – Some Danville Utilities customers are being asked to boil their water because of a water main break.
The break happened Tuesday morning in the 200 block of Southland Drive and left about 300 customers without water for a couple of hours.
Water has since been restored, but as a precaution people who live in the Southwyck Farms area are being asked to boil their water until further notice.
There's no word on what caused the water main break.
