President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump will travel to Puerto Rico to tour the devastation.
The president will meet with officials from the island and the governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Yulín Cruz criticized the White House's hurricane relief efforts in Puerto Rico earlier, prompting Trump to accuse her of "poor leadership."
