FLOYD COUNTY, Va. – State police recently arrested a Floyd County man on two sex charges.
Jason O. Dalton, 37, is charged with one count of taking indecent liberties while in a custodial role Involving a minor and one count of aggravated sexual battery.

Special agents with the Virginia State Police arrested Balton in his home on October 13.
The charges stem from an investigation by the Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation’s Salem Field Office beginning in March 2017 into sexual assault allegations made against Dalton.
The charges were handed up by a Floyd County grand jury.
Dalton is being held at the New River Valley Regional Jail.
