CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. – Virginia Furniture Market is planning to open its largest store to date in Christiansburg.
As part of a $5 million investment, the locally owned and operated franchise is building a new 60,000 square-foot store.

This store will also bring more than 20 new jobs to the area, according to Virginia Furniture Market.
“As we complete our 20th year in the furniture business, our dedication to customer service and offering the region’s best furniture values is stronger than ever. We are especially excited to be able to better serve the New River Valley from our new location under construction in Christiansburg,” said Joel Shepherd, president of Virginia Furniture Market.
More than just brick-and-mortar locations, the company also sells its products online.
