ROANOKE – Brian is a perceptive and forthright teenager. He loves to play sports such as football and soccer, and always enjoys time in a pool.
The 17-year old also adores animals, a trip to check out the exotic creatures at a large zoo or to get friendly with the barn yard animals at petting zoos is one of his favorite ways to spend a beautiful day.
Camping outdoors is a real treat for Brian as well. He wears bracelets that he makes himself out of beads and string. Brian has hearing challenges but still loves to listen to music because he is able to hear the lower frequencies and bass.

They are ready to find a permanent and loving forever family. 10 News is profiling one child who needs a home every day at 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. in 30 Days of Hope. Connecting Hearts- A Deborah J Johnston Charity celebrates National Adoption Month to bring awareness to 30 kids or siblings who are available for forever homes, but also to shed light on hundreds of other children who may not be seen.
