The largest outage is in Carroll County, where roughly 3,300 AEP customers were without power at one point. As of 8 a.m., there are about 700 customers without power. There is an issue with the distribution line and crews are currently assessing the situation there. Right now there is no estimate for when power will be restored.

There are also several minor outages in Patrick, Amherst, Roanoke and Craig counties, as well as the city of Lynchburg. Those outages are being assessed now as well, and there are no estimates yet for when that work will be complete.

Wind chills are in the 20s and 30s Monday morning.
