The Virginia State Board of Elections is set to hold a “lot draw,” after a court declined the Democratic candidate's request to reconsider the recount decision. The two candidates' names will be put into a bowl, and the first name drawn will be declared the winner who will take the seat representing the 94th district in the VA House of Delegates.
The drawing is scheduled for 11 a.m.
