Crews restored water to Pebble Creek Apartments

ROANOKE – Water has been restored to an apartment complex in Roanoke that was without water after a water main break due to freezing.

Pebble Creek apartments management sent an email notification to all residents just before 8 a.m. Saturday about the issue.

They say they identified the problem around 7 a.m. and had it repaired within about 12 hours.

Pebble Creek management originally warned people who live there to avoid the front Clubhouse area after sheets of ice have formed due to the break. Emergency maintenance was on site working to restore water.

The following email was sent out:

Dear Residents,

There has been a main water line that has busted near the front of the community. The area in front of the Clubhouse is a sheet of ice so avoid the area if possible.

The water to the whole community has been cut off as of this morning. There is no estimated time on when the repair will be completed but emergency maintenance is on site working on it to get the water restored as quickly as possible.
