ROANOKE, Va. – The weekend snowstorm has caused thousands of Appalachian Power customers to lose power.
AEP is reporting outages all across Southwest Virginia.

As of 8:00 p.m. Sunday, these are the number of customers affected:
- Bedford County: 5
- Bland County: 3,599
- Carroll County: 1,516
- Franklin County: 4,611
- Floyd County: 3,573
- Giles County: 6,851
- Grayson County: 191
- Henry County: 4,935
- Montgomery County: 11,693
- Patrick County: 2,530
- Pittsylvania County: 66
- Pulaski County: 12,476
- Radford: 89
- Roanoke City: 0
- Roanoke County: 125
- Wythe County: 5,947
For all of its customers, including those in West Virginia, Appalachian Power is reporting 63, 557 customers without power, as of 8:00 p.m.
