The City of Roanoke holds a stakeholder meeting today for the Melrose-Orange Target Area. City leaders will talk about Community Development Block Grants, planning for the area and the Goodwill Gardens project. The meeting begins at 6 p.m. at the Goodwill on Melrose Avenue.
