ROANOKE, Va. – A 71-year-old Roanoke man faces a charge of driving under the influence after a crash in Roanoke Friday afternoon.
Police say Michael Smith was driving at the time of the single-vehicle crash on Elm Avenue near B&D Comic Shop.
