CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. – Do you have a stray cat in your neighborhood? Mountain View Humane is offering to spay or neuter feral cats for free.
Through a partnership with Alley Cat Rescue, Mountain View Humane in Christiansburg is providing this service on May 29 and June 12 as a humane way to control the feral cat population.

The cats will be spayed or neutered and given rabies vaccinations.
The cats will have to be in feral cat traps. If you don't have one, Mountain View Humane has some available for free.
The offer is open to the public and to rescue organizations as long as you schedule an appointment, which you can do by calling 540-382-0222.
