On Wednesday at noon, New Mexico officials held a joint news conference to discuss the investigation of a shooting incident on the set of the movie “Rust” that killed cinematographer Helena Hutchins and injured director Joel Souza.

The two were hit by a prop firearm that authorities say was discharged by actor Alec Baldwin.
