"We appreciate the outpouring of love from around the nation and specifically here in Sevier County. Your strong support means so much and this family is going to need your support even more in the days and weeks to come," said Morris.

WATE 6 On Your Side met Michael Reed at the LeConte Center. Michael has not seen or heard Constance, Lily and Chloe since a phone call Monday. After hearing about the fires, Reed and his son tried to drive to Gatlinburg. However, the two got stuck in traffic and were not able to turn around.

The last time he heard from them, he told his wife to call 911 for help after she said she saw flames across the street from the home. Michael and his son were able to get into Gatlinburg to visit shelters, but have not found them.

The sheriff's office said Constance tried escaping her home and only made it up part of a hill. Chloe and Lily Reed are remembered by their family as sweet, happy, outgoing, loving and full of spirit.

A fund has been set up to help the Reed family. It is called the Reed Family Relief Fund. Donations can be made online or by dropping off or mailing check or cash donations to the church office at:
