ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY, Va. – Numerous accidents are causing delays on I-81N in Rockbridge County, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
Authorities say the slowdown starts at mile marker 204 and has caused a 1.5-mile traffic backup.
