DANVILLE, Va. – UPDATE
Authorities said they have found a woman who was reported missing on Thursday.
After following several leads, police said they found 36-year-old Angel Marie Ransom “safe in the company of a known acquaintance.”

The Danville Police Department is asking for your help in locating a missing woman.
36-year-old Angel Marie Ransom was last seen at about 4:45 p.m. on Thursday in the area of Sovah Health Danville’s emergency room.
She was last seen wearing dark gray pants, a gray sweatshirt, a yellow bib and black shoes with white bottoms.
Authorities said Ransom has a physical disability and mental health issues.
