LYNCHBURG, Va. – If you’re headed east on US-460 in Lynchburg right now, you can expect some delays due to a multi-vehicle crash.
As of now, all eastbound lanes are closed and traffic is being detoured onto Route 501. In addition, 460 East near the Campbell Avenue exit is blocked from the crash, according to VDOT.
