With the United States pulling out of Afghanistan, President Joe Biden will be speaking Monday afternoon.
Reports are that the Taliban has taken control of Kabul as U.S. forces left Afghanistan’s capital city.
The president spoke for about 20 minutes, beginning shortly after 4 p.m.
