Comments requested for Virginia study on decriminalizing marijuana

RICHMOND, Va. – The Virginia State Crime Commission is asking for comments from the public on whether marijuana possession should be decriminalized.

Study findings will be presented at the October 5 Crime Commission meeting, which is planned to begin at 10 a.m. in Richmond. This meeting is open to the public. The location is to be determined and will be announced later this fall.
