FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va. – Two charges are pending after a weekend jet ski crash injured two minors on Saturday.
Charges of reckless operation of a watercraft and exceeding the passenger limit of a watercraft are pending against Donald Mundy, the man police say was driving the jet ski.

A 15-year-old boy from North Carolina remains in the hospital, while a 12-year-old boy from Roanoke was treated on scene.
