A multi-vehicle crash on I-81 near mile marker 145.4 is causing delays in Roanoke County.
As of 5:17 p.m. Friday, traffic was backed up for 5 miles, and the northbound left shoulder, left lane and right shoulder were closed, according to the VDOT.
