DANVILLE - A Danville woman was in jail Thursday, charged with an arson fire on Sunday night.
Edwina Davis, 34, was being held in the Danville City Jail without bond.
According to the arrest warrant, she was arrested Wednesday.
She is charged with felony arson.
The arrest warrant states that she was arguing with a man inside 709 Dame St. around midnight Sunday and that she reportedly poured gasoline on the floor and threw a lit tissue onto the gasoline.
According to the warrant, there were three other adults and a 2-year-old child in the home in addition to Davis and the man she was arguing with.
Everyone got out safely, but according to the warrant Davis left the scene.
She is scheduled to have a bond hearing on May 22.
