Residents of a Florida apartment complex are complaining to authorities after they found bullet holes in their walls resulting from their neighbor's target practice.

The Associated Press reports Ivan Bakh, 61, was arrested in Cape Coral Sunday for firing a weapon in public and shooting into a dwelling. Neighbors say they heard a loud bang and found holes in their living room and bedroom walls, prompting a call to police.

When police arrived, they found the holes the residents were referring to, as well as several books taped together with a red target drawn on them. Police say the weapon used was a 9mm handgun.
