A Connecticut man was arrested after he stole a police car and used the officer's credit cards.

A Connecticut man was arrested after he stole a police car and used the officer's credit cards.

According to The Republican-American, Derrick Johnson, 21, took the squad car from a Waterbury parking garage and drove to Taco Bell and Walmart. When Johnson was done with his spending spree, he left the car in a private lot.

Johnson was charged Tuesday with burglary, second-degree larceny and identity theft. He is being held on a $25,000 bond.
