Salem Completes Sweep of Hillcats

SALEM (WSLS 10 SPORTS) - The Red Sox got a strong pitching performance from lefty Matt Kent and timely hitting for a 4-1 win over the rival Hillcats--and a three game sweep.  Salem broke a 1-1 tie in the 5th when Maurico Dubon ripped a two-run double into the gap to score Bryan Hudson and Yoan Moncada to put Salem up 3-1. The Red Sox move to 24-9 on the season, having won five straight. They welcome Wilmington Friday night in the first of a four game series.
