Vikings' Jackson earns Week 3 honors

Northside quarterback racked up 5 touchdowns in win

ROANOKE, Va. – Northside needed a spark, and they got an inferno from quarterback Jalen Jackson.  

The sophomore signal-caller led the Vikings back into the win column with a stellar night under center against crosstown rival Hidden Valley on Friday night.

Jackson completed 18 of 25 passes for 334 yards and four touchdowns. He also added 23 yards rushing and another score in the 57-35 Northside win over the Titans.

Jackson accounted for 357 yards and five touchdowns as the Vikings move to 2-1 on the young season quarterback Jalen Jackson earns this week's honor. as our WSLS 1st and 10 Player of the Week.
