ROANOKE, Va. – In high school hoops action Thursday night, the Patrick Henry Patriots defeated Hidden Valley 64-56.
On the girls side, the Lady Patriots also pick up a win over Hidden Valley, 79-43. Both teams improved to 6-0 on the season.
