DANVILLE, Va. – The Roanoke College baseball team beat LaGrange Saturday 5-2 to advance to NCAA DIII Regional Championship game against top-seeded Salisbury.
The Maroons need to beat Salisbury once to advance to the NCAA Division III World Series in Appleton, Wisconsin. Salisbury needs to beat Roanoke College twice to advance, as the Maroons are unbeaten in the double-elimination tournament.
Roanoke College beat Salisbury 15-5 in it's opening game of the tournament Thursday.
