PEARISBURG (WSLS) - Giles County residents get the chance to make their voices heard about a possible natural gas pipeline through their county.
Representatives for the Mountain Valley Pipeline attended a Giles County Board of Supervisors meeting Thursday night to present their ideas.
They then took questions from the Board of Supervisors and the attendees.
The open house brought in people not only from Giles County, but even surrounding counties, who are concerned about the potential effects of the pipeline.
The pipeline representatives are scheduled to be back in Pearisburg for another open house at the Pearisburg Community Center on January 12th.
