Bridget Curran

Daytime Blue Ridge Host

Bridget Curran is the host of Daytime Blue Ridge.

She joined the station in March 2019.

Her television career started in Eau Claire, Wisconsin in 2014; first as a reporter, then a weekend anchor, and ultimately a morning anchor. Transitioning to a lifestyle show from a daybreak show was the next best opportunity for Bridget.

She loves being a part of a show that features family fun, at-home inspiration, and irresistible flavors! She believes she’s truly landed her dream job.

Bridget grew up in Wisconsin, so she remains a Green Bay Packers fan and loves her Wisconsin cheese; but she enjoys Roanoke’s warmer climate and the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains.

Bridget graduated from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.

She transferred there after playing two seasons of D-1 volleyball for the Manhattan College Jaspers in New York. Volleyball continues to be a favorite pastime of hers.

She also likes to work out, eat good food, explore new areas and cultures and scrapbook.

She is married to her husband, Luke, and they have two children.
