Wytheville’s Main Street was among the top 8 Main Street Communities nationally. This was spearheaded by Downtown Wytheville Inc. who have helped reinvigorate the area since it was founded in 2014.

Downtown Wytheville Inc. announced that it had been named as a semifinalist for the 2026 Great American Main Street Award (GAMSA).

We’ll soon learn when a Wytheville restaurant will reopen after a fire last fall.

ROANOKE, Va. - Downtown Wytheville recently got an award-winning facelift, but Flourz was there to see it through.
